Nestled conveniently near the bus stop, our arrival was smooth, and we settled in quickly, savoring the friendly atmosphere that enveloped the hotel. The charm of this traditional establishment was evident in both the cleanliness of our cozy room and the fantastic local cuisine served in the restaurant; their pizza paired beautifully with a local craft beer that any enthusiast would appreciate. What truly stood out was the calibre of service-specifically, the staff's unwavering willingness to assist, which personalized our experience in a way that larger hotels often miss. Each morning began with an excellent breakfast, offering a satisfying hearty start to our days of hiking in the nearby Maiella National Park, with picturesque paths like 'Le scalelle' just waiting to be explored. Hotel Viola is a gem in the heart of Abruzzo, blending comfort, local flavor, and warm hospitality, making it an ideal base for adventurers and food lovers alike.
